Sometimes I have this whimsical idea that I could be a priest.

What sound or noise do you love?
Once I heard the sound of a hollow pipe that was in the ground, I was a boy walking to school. I used to put my ear up against the pipe and hear the wind whistling through it and I loved that.
What sound or noise do you hate?
I’m very sensitive to sound, actually. When my parrot shrieks I have a problem with that, the sound of the shrieking parrot.

Nicolas Cage: “There was a small little 8MM movie that I made where I was like a Superman type, who was also… with the ‘S’ but also like a Green Lantern ring, so it was a little bit of a mix of the two.”
